Listing the property for sale – a residential property cannot be advertised for sale until a Contract of Sale has been prepared. We guarantee to have your contract ready and with your agent within 48 hours

We will -

 

  • order all required documents to complete the contract

  • draft any special conditions that may be required

Once you have sold your property we will -
 

  • contact you immediately to confirm terms of the agreement and have you come to sign as soon as possible

  • get the contract to you as soon as possible for signing if you cannot get to us

  • liaise with the agent or deposit holder to ensure deposit is paid

  • liaise with the purchaser’s conveyancer to ensure exchange occurs as soon as possible, we guarantee to exchange the contract on the day of receipt from the purchaser

  • contact your bank to arrange a discharge of mortgage and book the bank for settlement

  • arrange settlement and collect and even bank funds on your behalf
